WDR LYON FPV WORLD CUP 2017
F3U - April 29-30th 2017 - FRANCE
World Drone Racing© (WDR©) delegated by FAI and with the help of the Fédération Française D’Aéro-Modélisme (FFAM), Ville de Lyon and the Lyon Metropole, the Préfecture de Lyon, the Direction Générale de l’aviation Civile (DGAC), organize the WDR Lyon FPV World Cup 2017 in the category F3U, in Vuillermet stadium – in Lyon, France - on April 29-30th, 2017.
All the pilots in possession of a valid FAI licence will be able to register. FAI license validity will be checked prior to validating registration.
Participants are responsible for the cost of travel and accommodation.
A list of hotels and restaurants will be provided by the organizers shortly.

Number of pilots
The number of registered pilots is limited to 72.
The official languages of the WDR Lyon FPV World Cup are French and English.
The official rules of the F3U FAI category will be applied for the race.
Local rules may be detailed during the pilots briefing on fisrt day of the event.
Radio Control Frequency
2,4 GHz band
The registration fee includes one TBS Unify Pro 5G8 HV – Race (SMA).

ImmersionRC tramp HV is also allowed but not provided.
Maximum output power allowed is 25 mW.
*NO OTHER VTX WILL BE ALLOWED *
All the registered multirotors must be equipped with tail color-changing LEDs (4 colors : Red, green, blue, yellow). The organizers may ask the pilots to be able to change tail lights color prior to the race.

Open Night Flying
At night, the track will be illuminated. All registred pilots will be allowed to fly the Night Track.
60€ including 1 (maximum) video transmitter and open night flying session
50€ without VTX
